Today, on 8 July 2015 Viking Security AS, the subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS, concluded a contract by acquiring 100% shares of Digisilm Videovalve OÜ. Digisilm Videovalve OÜ was founded on 6 July 2015 in the course of division of Digisilm Pro OÜ, by which the business of video surveillance systems was allocated to Digisilm Videovalve OÜ.

The share capital of Digisilm Videovalve OÜ is 2500 euros consisting of one share. The parties do not disclose the cost of the transaction.

The acquisition of the share of Digisilm Videovalve OÜ enables Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS to strengthen its sector of security services even more which has been one of the most rapidly growing fields during the recent years. The transaction completes the services related to designing, installation and maintenance of electronic warning, surveillance and security systems of Viking Security AS. Also, the service portfolio of Viking Security AS continuously includes manned and video surveillance and the possibility to participate in the certified security procurements.

The transaction is not handled as the acquisition of the material share or the transaction with the related person in the meaning of “Requirements for the issuers” as the part of the regulation of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange and has no material impact on the activities of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS. The members of the supervisory board and management board of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS are not personally interested in the transaction in some other way.
