Services we recommend
Full electronic security service
Signals from the security system are transmitted to the control centre, and in the event of an alarm, a patrol unit is sent to the site and the contact person is contacted. Call-outs for valid reasons are included in the monthly fee.
The signals from the security system are connected to Viking Security’s service and control centre. In the event of an alarm, a patrol unit will be sent to the site, and we will call the contacts when the patrol is there. Patrol unit call-outs are included in the monthly fee. Excluding unreasoned call-outs (negligence in arming or unarming the system, alarm caused by a door/window that was left open, etc).
Maintenance of security systems
We provide maintenance services for our own and our competitors' low-current systems. The maintenance service includes periodic preventive actions and emergency response to system faults.
We respond to faults 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Most of our technicians are certified by the Qualifications Authority and have passed various background checks.
