Viking Security's home security service consists of the most modern, reliable and technologically advanced security equipment and a professional security service with rapid response patrol units.
Signals from the security system are transmitted to the control centre, and in the event of an alarm, the contact person is contacted and, if necessary, a patrol unit is sent to the site. The monthly fee does not include call-outs.
The signals from the security system are connected to Viking Security’s service and control centre. In the event of an alarm, we will call contacts to confirm the need for a patrol unit’s response or, if contacts cannot be reached by phone, a patrol unit will be sent to the site to check the cause of the alarm. You will be charged for every patrol unit call-out regardless of the reason.
We provide maintenance services for our own and our competitors' low-current systems. The maintenance service includes periodic preventive actions and emergency response to system faults.
We respond to faults 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Most of our technicians are certified by the Qualifications Authority and have passed various background checks.
