The final price of the service will be based on the personalised written offer sent to the client. When preparing the offer, the specific characteristics of the client’s site and the service to be provided are taken into account. Consultation by a sales specialist at Viking Security, inspection of the object, development of a suitable solution and preparation of an offer are free of charge. The prices include VAT.

The price depends on the site.
* In the case of a false alarm (the alarm was caused by the client’s negligence; equipment failure; animals; humidity; dust; temperature changes; entrances, windows or other openings that were left open, or other reasons arising from the client) and repeated call-outs (the cause of the repeating alarm has not been determined and/or the client has not called for a technician to repair the equipment and/or the client’s contact person has not visited the site to find out the cause of the repeated alarm), the price for the false alarm still needs to be paid.
** To provide the services, it is necessary to have a video recorder or server that is supported by Viking Security’s control centre at the site.
Technical services *
Technician service call *
Price: €72 per hour
The service call fee includes up to 1 hour of technician work on site. For a distance of 40 to 80 km from the local Viking Security office, a transport fee at the rate of 1 (one) working hour applies and for a distance of more than 80 km – at the rate of 2 (two) working hours.
Additional technician working hour *
Price: €60 per hour
The price is payable for each hour of work after the first hour. The calculation is performed in 0.5-hour increments.
Disconnection/disassembly of an alarm transmission device and/or security equipment *
Price: €72 per instance
Disconnection/disassembly of an alarm transmission device and/or security equipment at a distance of 40 to 80 km from the local Viking Security office shall be subject to a transport fee at the rate of 1 (one) working hour and beyond 80 km – at the rate of 2 (two) working hours.
Remote technician service call
Price: €33 per instance. (The service call fee includes up to 1 hour of technician work on site.)
Scheduled maintenance under maintenance contract *
The price depends on the type and quantity of equipment and the maintenance interval.
Design and construction of security and low-current systems
The price depends on the type and quantity of equipment and the complexity of the work.
Technical engineer service call *
Price: €90 per hour
Documentation of security solutions, preparation of as-built drawings, data extraction from security systems. Analysing and preparing the integration solutions of security systems.
Audit and conceptual design of security solutions and technical consultation *
Price from €70 per hour
The final price depends on the working time of the specialist and the scope of the work.
* The prices here are valid on working days between 09:00 and 17:00. For services provided outside this period, the price in this price list is multiplied by a coefficient of 1.5. Prices do not include the cost of equipment, materials and special tools. For urgent (outside the general queue) work, the price in the price list is multiplied by a coefficient of 3.0.
112 fire alarm alert transmission service
Connection fee
Price: €80 per instance
The connection fee includes the configuration of the alarm transmission equipment for one alarm transmission device. The connection fee does not include cabling and equipment needed for the installation of alarm transmission devices.

112 alarm service including cancellation service
Price: €39 per month
In the case of the cancellation service, a fixed-term contract is concluded with the client for a period of two years, and the client cannot buy the alarm transmission equipment.
Alarm transmission equipment
Price: €459 per unit
The price includes installation.
It is also possible to rent the equipment – in this case the rental fee is included in the monthly fee of the 112 alarm service. In the case of renting the equipment a fixed-term contract is concluded with the client for two years.
Maintenance of alarm transmission equipment
Price: €72 per instance
Scheduled maintenance of the alarm transmission equipment is carried out every 3 years. The fee does not include the cost of the battery and other equipment, materials and/or special tools. If Viking Security AS performs AFA system maintenance on the same premises, the scheduled maintenance of the alarm transmission equipment is free of charge.

Inspection of the site and preparation of an evacuation action plan, action plan in the event of fire and evacuation plans.

Evacuation drill
The price depends on the site.
The drill consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part introduces the fire safety requirements and plans of the company to the workers. In the practical part, a simulation of an event of fire will be carried out, together with practising relevant actions.

Medical security includes Advanced Life Support (ALS), provided by a registered health care professional (emergency nurse).
Training courses
Self-defence and firearms training
Price by agreement.
Basic self-defence course or regular training. Basic course in handling firearms, shooting training.
First-aid training (16 hours)
Price: €1,164 per group
The first-aid training is carried out by a health care professional registered in the National Register of Health Care Professionals, who has undergone training for becoming a first-aid instructor and holds a certificate to prove this. The maximum size of a training group is 25 people.
First-aid refresher training (6 hours)
Price: €540 per group
The first-aid refresher training is carried out by a health care professional registered in the National Register of Health Care Professionals, who has undergone training for becoming a first-aid instructor and holds a certificate to prove this. The maximum size of a training group is 25 people.
Resuscitation and the use of AED (2 hours)
Price: €234 per group
Practical basic training on how to resuscitate a person in the event of a sudden death, including using an AED (automatic external defibrillator).
Information seminar ‘How to deal with aggression at school’ (3 hours)
Price: €348 per group
The aim of the seminar is to provide school staff with an overview of the different options available to them and their rights and obligations under the legislation in dealing with aggression at school.
