The technical projects department is involved in the design, installation and maintenance of large-scale low-current solutions and the sale of related equipment. Low-current solutions include dozens of different electronic solutions, the most common of which are video systems, fire detection and alarm systems, security and access control systems, sound systems, and computer and communication networks. Our clients are primarily large commercial companies and public organisations. This means that we also work closely with national organisations involved in national defence and internal security, providing them with standard and custom solutions. We operate all over Estonia and offer services to existing clients in other countries as well. We have worked in many countries in Europe, Asia, and North America. We have all the necessary registrations at the register of economic activities. Most of our employees hold industry-specific professional certificates and have passed various background checks.
We help our clients find low-current solutions based on their needs and prepare the corresponding detailed design, working design and as-built documentation. Our team includes a number of security systems project designers with a level 6 qualification.
In total, we have carried out more than a thousand different projects or as-built documentations. Larger projects involve thousands of devices and hundreds of kilometres of cables.
We install a variety of low-current systems based on our own designs or those of others. We provide a warranty for the work we do and, if you want us to, we are ready to service all equipment.

Given the direct exposure of our industry to products in the fast-evolving technology sector, the development of custom solutions is often required.
For example, Kulinaaria OÜ’s security solution, which includes several custom solutions, was chosen as the best security solution of 2020 by the Estonian Security Association. With more than 5,000 cameras integrated into one system, the video surveillance system used in the shops of Selver is unique. In the shops of Selver, we also introduced a unified Inner Range security and access control system integrated with the video system.
